"Sony Walkman Great Price for Sound Quality" Great little machine for cutting the lawn, workouts and chores. Don't mind banging it up for under $90.00, Don't install the software on your computer, just click and drag music files. Can't edit on the walkman, have to do it on the computer, which may inconvenience some, but I don't mind.

Problem: After multiple attempts reformatting and updating software and using content transfer sound comes out fine for a little while and then like a CD skipping it hiccups out music.
Scam: MFC-Sony warranty NO cost replacement only good for first 90 days-then 29.99 for a re-furbed unit.
Solution- don't buy Sony walkman products, guess Apple still kills everything else out there I own two Gen 5 Ipods and no problems

"Excellent MP3 Player" I love this MP3 player. Very user friendly, easy to download songs with drag and drop and just as easy to delete songs you don't want. Very light and compact. Just as good as the IPOD's if not better because it is half the price and doesn't freeze on you like the IPODs.

A fine product that works just the way you would expect. The only downside is the material the case and screen are made of - they both scratch easily.

"Great sound quality, lots of storage, worth the price" I purchased a refurbished one, and really enjoyed it. I needed 16gb storage for the songs and voice records of interviews. When I enter the tag inormation for the voice records on itunes or media player, the wlakman recognized this info, and I can read the song's name, genre, artist and album. I do a lot of interviews and have a folder. I needed to transfer just a folder using drag and drop...and it was that easy... the battery goes for very long and as promised when you hit play in 3 seconds the walkman starts to play.
I would recommend this over any i pod, touch etc. I used ipod touch for a year and got tired of it. It was too cumbersome to carry sometimes, but this is very light and small.
