"Disappointed after a month of use.." I have only had this product a little over a month and already had to replace the coby headphones that came with it.. and now there is a problem with the outlet where you plug the earphones in.. but a nice new pair of Sony headphones.. and were working great, but after only a few wks of using.. now there is a problem with the sound of music coming through like there is some internal short inside.. kicks off, and then can't use radio or downloaded music, only part of music comes out.. it is not the airphones because I have tried other pairs.. its the player itself.. an INTERNAL shortage somewhere inside.. very disappoined seeing I have not had that long.. and enjoy listening to my music for walks and working out..also just downloaded a bunch of music and not it doesnt work right..BIG disappointment and not sure if there is anything I can do.. the company that sent it to me, didn't even include a receipt in the bag it came in.. just the mp3.. will have to find out I guess from nanufacturer what can be done.. what a waste!

"True Garbage, Save Your Money, You Have Been Warned!" I had not even had this player for a week, when kaput, it does not work anymore. Or at least it works incorrectly, also the plastic parts were already coming apart, what a POS!!! As for features, expect none. This player is absolutely stripped. It also sucks that you cannot return this for money, because it comes in a package that is accessible through cutting it, not a box or plastic that can be opened and closed. Finally, save your money and buy something better, this is a complete waste.

"Garrett's life" Easy transaction. I think delivery would have been okay, but order fell into a holiday week so it took longer to get it. Product was really nice and packageing was secure. I would definitely do business again with this seller. This was for my grandson and I have not heard any complaints.

"Great system" I received this and use it at work. I can go 2-3 days without charging it and that is at least an 8 hour day and a 12 hour day in that timespan.

"Not bad for kids, but stopped working after a few months" I bought two of these in September for my kids (age 6 and 8). My son's still works, although he has not used his as much as my 6 yr old daughter. Her's stopped working the last time I tried to load music. It will turn on, and I can navigate around and find the song titles, but they won't play. Not much help with customer support, although he did write me back several times with suggestions. She loves it so much, but I am at a loss as what to get now to replace it.....I don't want to spend too much on a music player for a 6 yr old, but I want it to work! Anyway, just wanted to give a "buyer beware" warning. I liked the player a lot before it stopped working....good sound, clear screen, easy to use. Too bad it doesn't work.
