"4 GB Video MP3/MP4 Player -2.8-inch TFT Touchscreen" Ease of use: This product has a stylus, and, NO place to put it. Finger works GREAT, this is the ONLY ding I give it.
Plays MPG movies very clear. Headphones MUST be attached for the radio to work. Plenty of languages ( except Japanese ) to choose from, I set mine to Chinese to keep curious hands off.
If redesigned, I would make the case skin stronger and a place for the stylus. 98.5 out of 100

"Contempt and Content" I think the PRICE really had sold it for me... for about forty dollars you get something that looks remotely somewhat of 'high quality'. But some of the down sides in this device are the...
a.) Double click to select an item
b.) Flimsy plastic screen
c.) Poorly made music interface
d.) No scrolling capabilities (all which has to do with hardware)
e.) Compromised clarity in bright areas (can't really see the screen in broad daylight)
f.) The movie on the MP4 doesn't utilize chapter search, rather... you need to hold the 'fast forward' to get to where you want to in the movie.
And last but not least... no GPS tracker to find it if it gets lost.
I kind of miss it.

"Pro Ebiz software works" I bought this player from another vender and the firmware and software did not work. I sent an email to Pro Ebiz because I saw this player on Amazon. I did not even get the player from this merchant, but the merchant offered me support by giving me a link to his software. The software worked like a charm. I would have to thank Pro Ebiz and if I have a need for an MP3 or MP4 player again, I would definately go with this merchant. Excellent customer support and even offered help when I bought from another merchant. You don't find that in too many merchants now-a-days.
As far as the player, the sound quality is good. Easy to use although you need to calibrate the touch pad -- which I failed to do at first. The software provided by Pro Ebiz made nice quality videos and the playback was remarkable for the price of this player.

"Above and beyond" I was extremely leery of purchasing this product as I have been "burned" in the past with lesser known brands of electronics. I waffled back and forth for about a week before I actually purchased it.
But I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything about this product (and seller) went above and beyond my expectations!
