"Zen Mozaic 16GB" "Can't go wrong with Creative Labs" So with all that said this player has lived up to all my expectations. It is small beyond small and with that the buttons aren't always the easiest to deal with but that is to be expected. Sound is great and as others have said the battery life is excellent. I don't use the software that came with it since windows media works well. I don't load video on it so I can't testify to that. I have scratched the screen but that is my fault.
Moving around in the player's menu is easy and just about idiot proof.
The only remote problem I have had is the when docked to my computer it occasionlly loses connection and then reconnects. Not a big problem but it does happen and for all I know it could be my laptop.
I am pretty loyal to brand when I have had such satisfaction as I have had with my Nomad2 which I still use around the house. I don't know if the Zen will last anywhere near as long but so far it shows no indication that it won't.
"Creative Rocks!" "Awesome!" to MP3 heaven :) but after 4 years of heavy use, I knew I wanted to buy another Zen!
Now that I'm into audio books, my Zen is practically an extension of me, I listen
to it many times a day and works great in my car!
